World Book Day

We had a super day yesterday for World Book Day. It was so much fun celebrating our love of reading together!

The pupils all made a huge effort to dress up as their favourite book character and they had the opportunity to present their favourite book to the whole school!

The children in the older class spent some time in the afternoon reading to our pupils in the junior room.

Well done to our pupil in senior infants who won best dressed. What an amazing homemade costume!
